Morning mist

We have had a very peculiar summer – it has felt cooler than the last two years.  It was certainly more windy and it was drier than last year.  As autumn deepens, the weather becomes more interesting.  Wednesday morning dawned clear.  Or so we thought when we surfaced for our morning tea.  When we actually got up, mist had descended, giving things a rather ethereal, fairy-tale like feel.

A lot more blue sky and the promise of a sunny day
